Op de begane grond is een woonkamer, woonkeuken en badkamer met bad en douche. Er is een kleine rustige stadstuin te bereiken via de woonkeuken en een steeg naast de woning. Fietsen kunnen veilig in de tuin staan.

Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers waarvan een met een klein balkonnetje met zicht op de achtertuin. De woning is goed geisoleerd en overal voorzien van dubbel glas en cv verwarmt in elk vertrek. Roken kan in de achtertuin.

Er zijn kussens en kleden voor de tuinmeubels.

On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a small quiet city garden accessible via the kitchen and an alley next to the house. You can put youre bikes safely in the garden.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a small balcony overlooking the backyard.
The house is good insulated, double glazing throughout and central heating in every room. Smoking is ofcourse possible in the garden.

Pillows, covers and blankets for the garden furniture are inside (not on the photo).

KEUKEN - koffiezetmachine, espresso apparaat (gas), koffiemolen, waterkoker, elektrische inbouwoven, magnetron, gasfornuis, koelkast/met vriesvakje, toaster, vaatwasser, wasdroger, kinderstoel aanwezig.
BADKAMER - ligbad met douche, toilet, wastafel, wasmachine, handdoeken aanwezig.
SLAAPKAMER (tuinkant) - slaapkamer met (kleine) tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed.
SLAAPKAMER (voorkant) - slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed / er is reis-kinderbed in de B&B.
WOONKAMER -  ruime 2 persoons slaapbank beschikbaar bij groepen (6 tot 7 personen).
STADSTUINTJE - 21 m2 met ochtendzon, rustig, besloten achtertuintje.
BALKON - kleine balkon aan de tuinkant.
ALGEMEEN - internet, tv, dvd-cd-lp speler, radio, strijkbout/strijkplank, boeken, kinderfilms / films, gezelschap spelletjes.
(KINDER) BEVEILIGING: traphek, afsluitbaar 'trappenhuis', en elektra beveiliging, CO2/rookmelders, brandblussers.

KITCHEN - electrical kitchen machines: coffe grinder, coffee machine, esspresso machine for gas stove, water kooker. microwave, Other kitchen machines: dish washer, electrical oven, gas stove with ventilator, fridge, toaster, dryer.

LIVINGROOM - normal central heating, a 2 persons sleeping couch which can be used as an extra sleeping possibilities (2 sleeping possibilities on a sleepingcouch)
BATHROOM - bath with shower, toilet, sink, wash and dry machine, clean fresh towels
BEDROOM 1 - bedroom with small two-person bed and one person bed.
BEDROOM 2 - bedroom with two person bed and a child's-bed,
